We love fabric design, restoring furniture, & most of all, making beautiful things. Here’s how we got started…

Eight years ago, four intrepid travellers swapped the sandy beaches of Sydney for the beauty of the snow-covered mountains of Tirol, Austria. Over the next few years, the idea for Snowfly Design Co was born: To produce beautiful hand-made furniture & homewares, inspired by the beauty of our surroundings.

​

In 2025, we relocated back to our Australian homeland & set up a fabulous new (if tiny) studio. This year, having already outgrown the first space, we are delighted to open a fabulous new upholstery workshop & sewing room in Alexandria, just 15 minutes from the centre of Sydney. 

​

Now we are now lucky enough to divide our time between white sandy beaches & snow-covered mountains. We source fabrics & fabulous things from both ends of the planet & bringing them together to create original designs that you won't find anywhere else.
